While some are looking for pads that last longer, some need more traction becasue they are working on grades, or in deeper cuts. So we developed the rubber bolt to shoe pads. Using natural rubber (vs. synthetic rubber) these pads, while not having the cut, tear and abrasion resistance characeristics of polyurethane, give better traction for these machines. The wire-impregnation also helps reduce the initial chunking that is so characteristic of most rubber pads on the market.
